Our Story
We named the promise before we built the company
Logistics made easy is not a slogan we added later. It is the problem we set out to solve. Our founders spent years on both sides of the freight desk, shipping and brokering, and saw the same pattern everywhere: rates quoted without context, carriers that disappear after dispatch, invoices nobody can explain, and a shipper left chasing their own cargo.
Logistics Inc operates from 400 Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach and coordinates freight by road, air, rail and ocean. We move LTL and full truckloads across all 48 states, forward air and ocean shipments to more than 120 countries, store and fulfill inventory through partner warehouses, and clear customs for importers and exporters.
What actually makes the difference is structure, not size. Every customer gets one account manager who knows their freight, their lanes and their deadlines. That person quotes your shipment, books it, watches it, calls you when something changes and handles the claim if it comes to that. You are never re explaining your business to whoever picks up the phone.
We are equally comfortable with a startup shipping two pallets a month and a manufacturer running a nationwide routing guide. The service level is the same. So is the honesty about pricing: we will tell you when a lane is expensive, when a mode change would save you money, and when the cheapest carrier is a bad idea for your cargo.
